La porte du diable

Coming from a renowned family of Liège puppeteers, they reappear every spring. The old family handcart is pulled into the square.

Didier grumbles a few words, grabs the rowdy kids, and scolds the poorly behaved parents who mistake his traveling puppet theater for their television.

He rallies the crowd and sets up his old puppets on the cart.

"Today, the legend of the Devil's Door! Come closer, our puppets make children grow and old people young again! You won’t look any sillier here than at a football match!"
